Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using DPD or Fastway (Ireland). All postage for items within Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland will be free of charge. International shipping is not currently available unless special circumstances have been made. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Supreme Auto is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping unless special circumstances have been made upon request.

ESIMATED DELIVERY TIME 

We aim to deliver all parcels within 2-3 working days, however orders placed on public holidays and / or weekends may result in extended delivery periods. We will advise should such be the case.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. PLEASE REFER TO OUR RETURNS POLICY FOR A FULL LIST OF INFORMATION REGARDING CONDITIONS OF RETURNS. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at @johnmcmullan3105@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
